Current Density Controller STDR 30:

 

The STDR 30 is a specialized controller for the anodic oxidation of aluminum. It operates as a remote control for anodizing rectifiers.The STDR30 can memorize up to 12 process control programs for different alloys and perform process data acquisition to ensure easy operation and repeatable results. It's user - friendly interface and service functions make it very easy to operate. The STDR 30 can be used with all conventional rectifiers in Thyristor or Variable Transformer Technology.

 

 
Direct Current / Alternating Current Coloring System DCAC 30
The DCAC 30 coloring system is equipped with an automatic load adjustment, i.e. the same coloring program will always produce the same coloring shade, even at different load sizes ( in square feet) in a range from 30 - 100% of the rated capacity.

ALU-SPECTRAL:

 

ALU-SPECTRAL is a new power supply system for the electrolytic coloring of aluminum.

Electrolytic Coloring is the preferred surface treatment solution for aluminum parts if you like to combine the mechanical and corrosion advantages provided by the oxide layer with a metal effect look of the aluminum part itself. Through Interference Coloring in a Three-Step Coloring Process it is in general possible to produce a much wider range of attractive colors with a metal character.
