The AS 100 process controller for aluminum anodizing
Increased productivity and improvements in quality to match: these are the essential advantages offered by the AS 100 against a normal voltage/time or current density controller. Basic control is realized with just two buttons, simplifying operation and saving the operator a lot of time-consuming, complex programming.
AS 100 can be combined with all conventional rectifiers in thyristor or variable transformer technology.
The optional PC-based software for the unit, the Pro Ano, takes on the task of process data logging and allows on-line checks to be carried out directly from the main control room.
AS100 Type II Anodizing controller
The AS 100 is more than just a controller. It automatically takes on monitoring and logging duties, improving productivity and reducing errors. The AS 100 can be connected to any standard rectifier with an output voltage of > 20 V and an analog interface. The integrated current density characteristic has been specially designed around aluminum alloys and the creation of decorative oxide layers.
PRO-ANO SOFTWARE
The optional PC-based software Pro Ano takes on the task of process data logging for hard anodizing applications. It allows on-line checks to be carried out directly from the main control room.
