MPS - Control and Programming Terminal for Plating Rectifiers
The MPS Controller has specially been designed for use in manual and semi-automatic plating processes. With a few simple controls the user can set the optimal current and voltage as well as anodic and cathodic, ramp and pulse functions.
With 2-line display and coated keypad for electroplating applications such as
- Hard Chrome Plating
- Electrolytic Polishing

Up to 8 programs can be stored with each 10 sequential process steps. For each individual step it is possible to set time (seconds up to 99 hours), current or voltage level, ramp function (with start and end levels), polarity (anodic or cathodic), and repeat function.
Controls consist of numerical and function keys, with an easy to read LCD screen and light indicators. The MPS controller further improves processes repeatability through the ease of electronic parameters.
